Whether you would like an extension built for your own home or someone else’s, such as for commercial reasons, you can arrange for me to provide any or all of the following solutions in South Wales.
Architectural plans — In consultation with you, I can draw up these plans for your extension so that it will meet all of the criteria — in both aesthetics and functionality — crucial to you.
Brickwork and stonework — Using brick- and stone-matching techniques, I can ensure that materials I use for your extension will match those of the existing building, allowing for a visually seamless finish.
Roofing work — On your extension, I can install a roof matching the existing building’s in design, further helping to blur the discernible distinction between the extension and the rest of the home.
Joinery work — In working with timber, I can create various structures for your extension — like furniture for a given room or a staircase for connecting both storeys of a two storey extension.
Certified electrical work — As an electrician holding a Part P certificate, I can — for house extensions — undertake electrical installation work in a way that protects people from fire and electric shocks.
Plumbing work — I can install taps, sinks and other plumbing fixtures as necessary for your extension — especially as I am also a Gas Safe registered engineer.
Kitchen and bathroom fitting — If you would like your house extension to include a kitchen, a bathroom or both, I can complete all of the installation work that the job would require.
Doors and windows — I design and manufacture these bespoke — and provide them with double glazed units and multipoint locking systems in compliance with insurance regulations.
